Refund policy

We want you to love your Victory Flow bottle. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how returns work:

• Unused, non-custom bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Custom or personalized bottles are made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives defective or we made an error with your order.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
