At just 12 years old, Niko Paolo Masias is chasing his dream with passion and purpose. Selected to join San Diego FC’s Right to Dream Academy, he trains in one of the most competitive youth environments in the country, where soccer meets discipline, growth, and opportunity. For Niko, every practice, every game, and every touch of the ball is a step closer to the future he envisions.
Inspired by his favorite player, Ronaldinho, and by his namesake Paolo Guerrero, Peru’s most decorated striker, Niko plays with joy, creativity, and a fearless attacking spirit looking for ways to bring magic to the field. Whether he’s creating plays for his teammates or taking on defenders himself, his style reflects both discipline and imagination. Soccer has given him not only a stage to express himself, but also a family of teammates who share the same grind and love for the game.
Niko aspires to play professionally, and he’s fully focused on that dream fully embracing the work, the sacrifice, and the joy that come with the journey.
